Pack leaders have the power to create threads in the 'High Rock' form, as well as manage the threads and posts in their territories.
Pack members may vote out their current or vote in a new pack leader at any time. If you wish to do so, please PM a mod and they will create a poll that only your pack member may vote in.
If you wish to join a pack, simply post a thread in your chosen pack's territory announcing your arrival. It is up the the pack members will decide if you can join or not.
